Book Giveaway- "Sonoma Rose"

I have some exciting news! Jennifer Chiaverini's newest book, "Sonoma Rose" is coming out February 21st.  I've been given the opportunity to give away a copy of this great new book to one of my wonderful, faithful and amazing blog readers. Hey, that's you! :)   I've long been a fan of all of Jennifer Chiaverini's books. They are always fun to read and given the fact that quilts are always somehow included in the story-lines, the books serve as sewing inspiration for me.  Here is a summary to whet your appetite:

"Rosa Diaz Barclay is touched by the criminality surrounding Prohibition when she discovers that her husband, John, has given over the duties of their Southern California rye farm in favor of bootlegging. Fearing the safety of her four children, Rosa flees, carrying only a case of John’s ill-begotten cash and her mother’s two quilts. Lars Jorgensen, her true love and the father of two of her children, aids in her escape, and together the six travel north to San Francisco. Under assumed names, they are hired to work at a Sonoma vineyard, where Rosa creates a personal and professional identity that she would never have dared imagine at the opening of her tale, and one that brings great honor-and beauty-to all who surround her."

I am currently reading "The Storm Killer" by Mike Jastrzebski. I follow Bonnie Hunter's blog and she is wonderful to share free ebooks she finds at Amazon. The books are free for short periods. I have read all of Jennifer Chiverini's books - absolutely loved each and every one.

I am currently reading A Clash of Kings. I am enjoying the Song of Ice and Fire Series. Also, I am listening to the audio for Mocking Jay (Hunger Games series) with my kids. We are all loving them-even my husband is listening.
I saw this book on amazon just a while ago and thought it looked good.

I'm struggling to make time to read my most recent "Fitness" magazine, the new "Smithsonian" magazine... but I am reading a new religious fiction piece called "The Brothers" that's fascinating..... fictionalized tale of Satan vs. Jesus before earth life..... But I'd put them all aside for Sonoma Rose!

I just finished a Stephen King book, Cell, which I had managed to miss before. Zombies - yum! And now for something completely different as Monty Phython used to say - this book would make a refreshing change! lol

I am reading Made to Crave - a book to help you focus on the Lord rather than food. I love all of Jennifer's books. I discovered them years ago and I know they influenced me towards quilting. :)
