Reviewing "Breaking Free from Fear" by Kay Arthur

"Breaking Free from Fear" by Kay Arthur is a 6-week, no homework Bible study, full of wonderful tools to combat the fears that many of us face on a frequent basis.  Digging deep into the scriptures, Kay uses methodical study methods to take you through the weekly lessons. Each lesson begins with a brief introduction and leads into the scripture reading for that week and study questions for group discussion.  The questions begin first by examining what happened in the scripture reading, and then move into reflection and application.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is trying to face fear. (Which I have a feeling would include many of us.)  From the little daily fears, to bigger overwhelming fears, this study will help you and your group to grow and begin to live in a more Christ centered, trusting way.  Kay Arthur's sound theology and a deep knowledge of scripture create a safe environment for learning and will cause you to examine your life and discern any changes that may need to be made.

Disclaimer: I received this book for free from WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing Group for this review.
